Keep frozen until ready to use

Ready to Use

Always thaw in fridge (NEVER THAW IN THE MICROWAVE) - allow 18-24 hours or more until completely thawed. Put meat in sealed container - if using the entire package of raw meat immediately after thawing - you can thaw it in its own sealed package.

Expiry Date

Thawed meat can be stored in fridge for up to four days and then discarded.

Helpful Hint

Take out a frozen patty to thaw every time you use one - there will always be a thawed patty waiting to be enjoyed!
