Thawing / Freezing
Care for and handle your frozen Spring Meadows raw food product as you would human food. Keep the product frozen. When it is time to thaw, remove from the freezer and place it in the fridge in its own sealed packaging. Thawing will take from 18 to 24 hours in a fridge that is at the optimum 40 degrees Fahrenheit or 5 degree Celsius. The uneaten portion of the thawed patty may be stored in the fridge for up to four days. After that it should be discarded.
Helpful Hint:
If you take out a frozen patty to thaw every time you use one, there will always be a thawed patty waiting to be enjoyed.
Never thaw in the microwave.
